The Guildfordian Gallery is located in the United Kingdom (UK) from where I deliver both domestically and internationally.

Items that are held in stock at The Guildfordian Gallery will typically ship within 48 hours of your order being placed, unless indicated elsewhere on the site.

Some of my products are delivered directly to you from UK-based Photo Laboratory partners, with variable lead times and shipping costs.

Free Delivery Within the UK

I am pleased to offer Free Delivery for all orders to UK addresses*.

All available shipping options are presented at checkout.

 
* Please note that you should typically allow 1 extra working day for deliveries to and from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Far North of Scotland and up to 5 extra working days for deliveries to and from the Scottish Islands.

If you have specific delivery requests, please contact Customer Service with your needs and I will work to accommodate them.

European Delivery 

I am pleased to offer Standard Delivery charged at £14.95 for orders delivered to selected European destinations (France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Slovenia, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Vatican City, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Ukraine).

In addition, for orders over £100.00 in value, I provide Free Delivery to these same selected European destinations.

International Delivery

For selected International destinations, I offer a flat rate International Delivery option at checkout.

This service is available for orders up to 1 kg in total weight to the following destinations: United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Canada (10 of 13 provinces), United States (50 of 62 states), Bahrain, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Türkiye, Vietnam.

 
For any other international destination, please contact Customer Service before placing your order so that I can provide an accurate delivery quote based on the items you plan to order and your specific location.

Duties, Customs Charges, Exclusions

Please remember you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, this is out of our control. You are responsible for paying any such duties or charges.

While The Guildfordian Gallery aims to provide a comprehensive, worldwide service regrettably I do not accept orders from every country. In the event that I am unable to ship an order to your country for whatever reason, I will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. 

Packaging 

I take special care to package every item to ensure that it arrives with you safely and in pristine condition. My aim is to ensure that your unboxing experience is highly satisfying and personalised, adding an extra dimension to your product purchase from The Guildfordian Gallery.
